Steven Toh

Steven graduated from Cardiff University, United Kingdom and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009 and was subsequently admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the same year.
Steven has extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law. Notably, he assisted in the listing of a Real Estate Investment Trust on Bursa Malaysia, advised on a reverse takeover of a Malaysian company by an American entity listed on the OTC market and facilitated a joint-venture agricultural plantation project. He has also vast experience on banking and conveyancing matters and has acted for retail malls for its leasing of retail complexes and has also represented major retailers in negotiations.

Christopher Liew
Partner
Christopher graduated from the University of West of England, Bristol, and completed his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) before being admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2010.
Christopher is a trained litigator and has vast experience in areas of commercial, matrimonial and civil dispute resolution. Over the course of his practice, he has conducted trials and hearings at all levels of the Malaysian Court hierarchy where he handled general contractual disputes, corporate disputes, particularly in the areas of minority shareholder disputes and scheme of arrangement, liquidation and insolvency litigation, probate, tort as well as banking litigation.
Christopher has also represented clients for conveyancing matters in relation to the disposal and acquisition of residential or commercial properties and has acted for major financing institutions. Christopher also holds advisory roles for technology startups and real estate transactions for major property developers.

Ong Ming Yin

Ming graduated from the University of West of England, Bristol. He was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales in 2018 and the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor in 2021.
Ming’s main areas of legal practice are with conveyancing and financing transactions in both primary and secondary property markets. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation matters.

Yap Pei Pei
Legal Associate
Yap Pei Pei graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from University of London and thereafter completed her Certificate of Legal Practice. She commenced her pupillage in 2022 and was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023. She has been actively handling matters in relation to conveyancing and financing transactions.
